The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Intelligent Airport is Located in the Seventh Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield

The UAV takes off automatically, independently makes inspection routes according to the location of oil and water Wells, automatically returns to charge after inspection, and generates inspection logs. This is the first UAV intelligent airport application test being carried out in Daqing oilfield. As of December 18, the drone intelligent airport has been in safe operation for 70 days, and has completed a total of 3,000 inspections, saving 280 hours of working hours.

The UAV intelligent airport is composed of UAV, intelligent parking cabin and intelligent inspection system. The UAV is the inspection task execution unit, equipped with visible high-definition zoom camera and infrared camera. The intelligent parking cabin provides storage, takeoff and landing, and charging services for the UAV. The intelligent inspection system is the "brain" of the intelligent airport, which can intelligently plan the inspection route, control the accurate takeoff and landing of the UAV and high-precision inspection. Through intelligent analysis of the real-time images captured by the UAV, it can realize the automatic judgment and real-time warning of the abnormal state of the machine-production well, personnel and livestock invasion of the well site, oil and water Wells and equipment leakage.

In the test, the UAV intelligent airport is responsible for the daily inspection work of 136 oil and water Wells in the 60 square kilometers area, and can complete a round of inspection every 7 hours on average, replacing 90% of the workload of manual inspection. The system has excellent applicability and can work normally under the conditions of strong winds and general rain and snow below class 5, with an average of 210 days of application per year.
