The First Rooftop Distributed Photovoltaic Project Started in Zhejiang Oilfield

On December 20, the groundbreaking ceremony of Zhejiang Oilfield's first rooftop distributed photovoltaic project - Jiangsu Dongtai Zhitai Rooftop distributed photovoltaic project was held in Jiangsu Dongtai Economic Development Zone, which is expected to be completed and put into operation in April 2024.

Jiangsu Dongtai Zhitai roof distributed photovoltaic project uses Zhitai New Energy (Dongtai) Co., Ltd. to build a new phase of the plant of about 28,000 square meters of the roof, the use of "decentralized inverter + centralized grid-connected" arrangement, inverter AC after voltage boost, to achieve self-use, surplus electricity online, to achieve carbon reduction purposes.

"The construction of this project is an important measure to implement the national 'dual carbon' goal, and is of great significance to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of Zhejiang oilfield." Zhejiang oilfield new energy division Jiangsu market development Department project manager Wang Haichen said.
