The company aims to reduce costs and increase efficiency, energy conservation and emission reduction, adhere to the principle of "first electricity, then gas, then oil", and continue to explore the alternative potential of oil to electricity.

Through statistical analysis of the operation data of the "electric oil replacement" project since its promotion and application, combined with the actual production and geographical location of each block, the company conducted scientific demonstration of the feasibility of "electric oil replacement" in each block from different drilling rig types, different well types, power grid and substation capabilities, line construction costs and other aspects, analyzed and calculated the efficiency of energy conservation and emission reduction and economic benefits. Gradually promote the replacement of rig power energy from oil to electricity in the eligible areas. Up to now, the company has achieved full coverage of "electric oil substitute" in Longdong and Yumen blocks, and actively promoted the application of "electric oil substitute" in Yulin, Zhonglian Coal and other blocks.
