On May 27, in the gas distribution station of Luzhou Wine Industry Park, a drone rose from the automatic airport to perform daily inspection tasks, and the inspection data was synchronously transmitted to the background. The UAV has been "in service" in the gas distribution station for more than 1 year, automatic inspection twice a day, guarding the 33.7 kilometers of pipelines in the park, and the annual flight distance is 24,000 kilometers.


The Zhifei UAV management platform developed by the Digital Intelligent Technology Branch of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company can manage the UAV of the gas distribution station in a unified way. The platform breaks the traditional mode of "human patrol + machine patrol", realizes the UAV automatic fine inspection, and completely liberates human resources.


Since the "14th Five-Year Plan", the Southwest oil and gas field has integrated carbon peak and carbon neutrality into its development strategy, actively promoted production methods such as "unmanned inspection" and "unattended", and promoted green and high-quality development with scientific and technological innovation.


Last year, the first zero-carbon and low-power smart well in Southwest oil and gas field - Zhong62 well "shone". The well is equipped with a skid tank with an area of only 9 square meters. It integrates a new distributed photovoltaic system, intelligent video surveillance system, remote Shouting system, lighting system and so on. This skid cabinet can support remote viewing of power generation, battery charging and discharging status, and system operation status in the background. The intelligent video surveillance system in the sled cabinet has the function of mobile intelligent detection and alarm, stops recording when no object moves, reduces power consumption, and the maximum power of the working state is less than 5W, which is lower than the energy consumption of a household light bulb. The rig provides 1,085 KWH of clean electricity per year, reducing CO2 emissions by 1.08 tons.


Such energy saving and emission reduction measures have become normal in the daily production and operation of Southwest oil and gas fields. On the roof of Guanghan Equipment Room of Digital Intelligent Technology Branch, a group of 6.4 kilowatt small solar photovoltaic power generation system provides electricity for equipment in the computer room. After this system is put into use, the equipment can save about 30% of the electricity consumption of the mains throughout the year. In the high-consequence area of the northwest Sichuan pipeline, intelligent monitoring "closely" red warning points, some remote points that cannot use agricultural electricity, solar photovoltaic system for intelligent monitoring power supply. The monitoring screen is connected to the security eye system and the mobile phone of the operation and maintenance personnel in real time, and the all-weather remote monitoring can be achieved only through the computer or mobile phone.


In addition to the "visible" green "weapons", there are more "invisible" green "formations". Relying on digital transformation and intelligent development, the company continues to expand its green territory with scientific and technological innovation + management change. The intelligent safety supervision and comprehensive management platform used by the "eye safety project" integrates the five systems of intelligent eye safety system, video intelligent center, production video surveillance system, external network video platform, and station AI analysis, and runs in conjunction with the supervision mechanism of "no monitoring, no operation" to achieve real-time capture, intelligent identification and active early warning of violations. 24-hour supervision in more than 1,000 production stations, while improving the quality and efficiency of supervision, significantly saving human resources.


Today, emerging technologies such as cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and digital twins have taken root in Southwest oil and gas fields, and the company's digital transformation has taken a big step to a new level, and the digital emission reduction effect is showing up in all aspects of oil and gas production.
