On December 25, the reporter learned from Qinghai Oilfield that the company built a natural gas production capacity of 152 million cubic meters, with a production compliance rate of 108.6%. The new Wells produced 84 million cubic meters of gas, 116.6% of the planned annual output, contributing to the stable supply of natural gas in the Qinghai-Tibet region.

Since the beginning of this year, Qinghai Oilfield has faced the double problems of increasing difficulty in the decline control of the old area and insufficient reserves of the new area, firmly established the idea of high-efficiency and high-quality production construction, carefully deployed and efficient operation, and promoted the construction of natural gas production capacity to speed up, improve quality and improve efficiency. Up to now, 58 Wells have been drilled in Qinghai Oilfield, and the qualified rate of cementing quality has increased by 13.51 percentage points.

In order to speed up and improve the efficiency of capacity construction, Qinghai Oilfield has organized production and operation in fine detail, and implemented assistance and guidance from key units through the establishment of standardized start-up acceptance procedures. Six drilling RIGS in the gas field all started drilling in four days, one day shorter than the same period last year. Through strengthening the process conversion and connection of "drilling - new investment - ground support", the average production time of a single well is 11.8 days.

In view of the difficulties and pain points in the control of the quality of production capacity construction in the gas area, Qinghai Oilfield strictly controlled the construction quality, especially the well quality management, strictly implemented the preventive measures of drilling well diameter expansion, and the well quality qualification rate was 100%. Strict implementation of key downhole casing "49 steps" operation process control, cementing quality qualified rate of 98.27%. Continue to build a strong line of safety production, by carrying out 76 well engineering quality, safety and environmental protection and other special inspections, consolidating the safety foundation of production capacity construction.

In order to effectively improve the comprehensive implementation effect of production capacity construction, Qinghai Oilfield has put into operation 31 Wells by selecting the gas Wells deployed in the edge, low permeability and low well control areas of Sebei Gas field, with an average daily output of 10,000 cubic meters per well and a production compliance rate of over 120%. The production capacity tracking and analysis feedback mechanism was established, and 14 natural gas Wells were treated, with a cumulative gas increase of more than 7.3 million cubic meters. Routine maintenance 27 Wells, the cumulative gas increase exceeded 4.9 million cubic meters, improving the production capacity compliance rate by 4.3%.
