The Comprehensive Loss Rate of Crude Oil in Yumen Oilfield Refinery General Plant Hit A Record Low

On April 17, the latest data of Yumen Oilfield showed that the comprehensive loss rate of crude oil in the first quarter was 0.34%, a record low.

The comprehensive loss rate of crude oil is an extremely important economic and technical index for petroleum processing enterprises, which comprehensively reflects the utilization degree of crude oil resources and the level of their production management and technology. Reducing the comprehensive loss of crude oil can not only improve the economic benefits, but also play an important role in protecting the environment.

Strictly into the factory pass. Yumen Refining and Chemical General Plant has coordinated the pipeline crude oil to enter the plant in advance for many times, tracking the density of pipeline crude oil and other key indicators; strictly managed the handover process, and took crude oil sampling and laboratory analysis as the key points to reduce the measurement loss of crude oil handover.

Optimize the storage and transportation scheme. Yumen Oilfield organized the revision of the Regulations on the Factory Management of Petroleum Products, standardized various working procedures, and incorporated the implementation of the system into the monthly performance assessment. Give full play to the advantages of low pipeline loss and improve the proportion of pipeline and pressure station. In the first quarter, a total of 235,200 tons of gasoline and diesel oil were used for pipeline transportation and pressure stations, accounting for 60.31% of the shipping volume, further reducing the loss of refined oil products.

Strengthen process control. Yumen oilfield reduces the loss of intermediate links by strengthening discharge outlet control and sewage oil refining. The discharge outlet management working group shall be set out to strictly monitor and random the discharge outlet of each device, control the discharge of sewage oil from the source, and reduce the oil loss caused by sewage oil. Various ways of refining sewage oil, further reduce the comprehensive loss rate of crude oil.
