At present, the construction of the photovoltaic power generation project of Jinhai Oil Production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield is being accelerated, the infrastructure construction of the extension project has been completed, and the feasibility study document of the new project has been completed.

"In 2021, the Jinhai Oil Production Plant will officially launch its new energy business. At present, the new energy business of Jinhai Oil Production Plant is mainly focused on photovoltaic power generation projects. By strengthening organizational construction, Jinhai Oil Production Plant set up a special new energy team in the first time and set up four working groups of "overall planning, planning, power facilities and construction organization" to clarify responsibilities, compaction responsibilities and overall planning to ensure the work progress. At the same time, regular special class meetings are held to report the progress of the stage and study and formulate the next plan and measures. The implementation of the new energy special class system has effectively promoted the construction of photovoltaic power generation projects. 6 field problems have been solved and 9 solutions have been implemented.
Jinhai Oil Production Plant continues to increase the block survey and land resource utilization work, and has determined 34 new well site construction land, with a photovoltaic power generation scale of 3.24 MW."Our factory is rich in solar energy resources, which is very suitable for the construction of solar power generation projects. However, due to the management regulations of ecological reserves, only two blocks of small depression oil area and Xiaolongwan oil area can be used. By revitalizing its own resources and adhering to the principle of "full loading", Jinhai Oil Production Plant deeply excavated the available land, carried out a large survey of 244 well sites in Xiaowa and Xiaolong, quickly removed 715 square meters of occupied land and implemented 11,200 square meters of construction land, creating conditions for the subsequent implementation of new energy projects.
After the completion of the photovoltaic power generation project of Jinhai Oil Production Plant, it is expected to achieve an annual power generation of 10.82 million KWH, 33,300 tons of standard coal, and 8,400 tons of carbon dioxide reduction.
