On April 23, in the construction site of Bayan Joint Station of Bayan Branch of Huabei Oilfield, machines roared, all kinds of engineering vehicles shuttled back and forth, welding operation, pipeline purging and other work advanced steadily. Bayan Branch innovates the management mode, focusing on the "three integration" to continuously accelerate the resource transformation, actively abandon exploration, cultivate reserve reserves to consolidate the resource foundation for efficient production; accelerate the drilling construction progress, promote the speed template, and improve the drilling speed.

A total of 134 new Wells have been deployed for the 65 0,000-ton project. Bayan Branch scientifically prepared the development plan, adopted the "three sets of vertical Wells + two sets of horizontal Wells" injection and production well network to subdivide five sets of layer system development, gave priority to the use of reservoirs with large reserve abundance and good connectivity, improved the speed increase template, adopted large-scale batch drilling construction + rail overall drag in, and shortened the drilling and completion cycle by 25% compared with the same period last year. At present, the project has completed 121 Wells, with a new capacity of 450,000 tons.

Bayan Branch deepens the management of whole life cycle reservoir, and divides the reservoir units scientifically in static research, establishes the dynamic monitoring system of time passage, accurately describes the formation pressure and distribution law to provide the basis for the comprehensive reservoir management; in gas injection mechanism, strengthens the research on the direction, path and advance speed of gas injection, and establishes the basic theory of gas injection, transportation and displacement. Up to now, the crude oil production of Bayan branch company exceeds the planned operation.
