Changqing Oilfield Oil Production Plant 2 to Accelerate the Construction of Distributed Photovoltaic

As of May 15, the installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic in the second Oil production Plant of Changqing Oilfield reached 10.8 MW, and the annual cumulative generating capacity reached 3.843 million KWH.

Since the beginning of this year, two production plant to accelerate the construction of new energy, in accordance with the "well site selection, surveying and mapping design, construction scheme, and acceptance of the standard" four steps, at the beginning of the photovoltaic construction, strictly the scheme design, "three" selection, process control, with standardization, listing, integration for management mode, multi-sectoral joint participation, in-depth field reconnaissance, make full use of idle well site land resources.

In terms of operation and maintenance management, modular management methods are formulated, with daily meeting, weekly coordination and monthly promotion, to form a large table of new energy production and operation, track the progress of key work daily, and promote the integrated operation of new energy new projects in an all-round way. At the same time, the changqing data collection platform and mobile phone software are used to track and monitor the key parameters such as installed capacity, real-time power and daily power generation, and to monitor the photovoltaic power generation situation in real time. At the same time, the operation and maintenance management plan was prepared, and the staff was periodically organized to carry out the photovoltaic module cleaning to ensure the normal operation of the photovoltaic well site.

In the construction process, the second oil production plant promotes the construction progress reasonably, grasps the key links, explores the management experience adapted to the actual photovoltaic construction of the plant, and promotes the application from point to surface. At present, the whole plant has been connected to the grid to generate 74 well sites, with a daily generating capacity of 56,000 kilowatt-hours and reducing carbon emissions by about 2,563.8 tons. At present, the subsequent distributed photovoltaic construction project of the second oil production plant is progressing in an orderly manner.
