On May 8th, Western Drilling Downhole Operation Company successfully completed the integrated general contracting service of continuous tubing double sealing single card dragging and fracturing in MHHW16077 well. The successful implementation of this well shows the good prospect of the fracturing process of double sealing single card, broadens the path of improving the recovery of the old Wells, and adds a sharp tool for the storage and production of Xinjiang oilfield. As of May 14, the highest daily output of MHHW16077 Wells has reached 7.18 tons since seven days of production.

MHHW16077 Well is in a state of low production and low efficiency production before the transformation, and it is urgent to crack the production. However, the conventional fracturing process cannot meet the technical requirements of accurate and rapid transformation of the fired well section. In view of this problem, the downhole operation company carried out full research and repeatedly demonstrated, and implemented the coiled oil pipe double sealing single card drag fracturing process in MHHW16077 well.

In order to quickly promote the landing of continuous tubing double sealing single card stimulation technology in Xinjiang oilfield, western Drilling Company set up a technical research team. The company independently developed a complete set of tools for double seal single card, and the subject performance such as block spacing and block sealing times reached the international advanced level. It explored the technical details according to the characteristics of reservoir and transformation difficulties, and followed the principle of "focus on efficiency, fine layer selection, classified management and gradual promotion", and adopted the core concept of "benefit pressure selection and precision transformation".
