The Natural Gas Purification Plant of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Has Purified More Than 10 Million Tons for Six Consecutive Years

As of October 23, the Southwest Gas field natural gas purification plant has processed 13.568 billion cubic meters of raw gas this year, an increase of 235 million cubic meters. This marks the sixth consecutive year that the purification volume of the natural gas purification plant has exceeded 10 million tons.

Since the beginning of this year, the natural gas purification plant has scientifically coordinated production and operation, efficiently promoted the overhaul of the device, and consolidated the responsibility for the prevention and control of safety risks, laying a solid foundation for breaking through the purification volume of 10 million tons. The general plant of natural gas purification pays close attention to the annual production task and target, scientifically allocates production every month, implements the two-level output tracking and monitoring of "general plant + branch plant", and strictly controls the production progress; Efficient handling of unit anomalies to minimize the impact on production; In view of 6 aspects such as production plan and daily management of the plant, the operation of natural gas protection and transportation indicators are formulated to strengthen the production and operation process assessment; Hold regional coordination meetings with the upstream and downstream, communicate the disposition of temperament and gas volume, coordinate to solve existing problems, and ensure that the upstream and downstream production capacity is fully utilized.

The natural gas purification plant scientifically carries out equipment maintenance, repeatedly connects with the upstream and downstream, optimizes and adjusts the overhaul schedule, and minimizes the impact of shutdown maintenance on the gas volume. At present, the purification devices of the natural gas purification plant are running at full capacity, and the daily processing of natural gas is maintained at more than 46 million cubic meters, adding "confidence" for the upcoming winter supply.
