The stable supply of natural gas is related to the heating and cooling of the people. Dagang Oilfield, as one of the main forces to ensure the supply of natural gas in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in winter, strengthens its responsibility and makes efforts to protect the stable operation of high levels of natural gas supply in winter from three ways: gas production, natural gas transfer and natural gas production.

The gas storage cluster of Dagang Oilfield is the regional control gas source with the largest working gas volume and the fastest effect in North China, and the produced natural gas can reach Beijing and its surrounding areas in two hours. In response to the cold wave, the gas storage group launched the production emergency plan in time, coordinated and optimized the operation of the gas storage, and increased the horsepower for gas production. As of the morning of the 13th, 70 gas Wells were put into production, and the daily gas production increased from 10 million cubic meters at the initial stage to 25.9 million cubic meters. In order to ensure the safety and stability of gas production, the inspection frequency of key Wells and key equipment in each gas storage is encrypted, and the two-person inspection is highlighted. Strengthen operation and maintenance management, grasp the online monitoring of production data, and ensure that problems are found and disposed of in the first time.

The Binhai sub-station of Dagang Oilfield Natural Gas Company is an important hub for the natural gas pipeline meeting of petrochina, Sinopec and CNOOC, and plays an important role in the winter natural gas supply guarantee for Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. With the sudden cold wave, the daily gas transfer capacity of the Binhai sub-transmission station increased to 22 million cubic meters, an increase of 6 million cubic meters compared with the early winter. The cadres and staff of the station face the cold, strictly implement the winter insulation and winter supply work plan and special weather production emergency plan, carry out all-round, no-dead corner inspection and hidden trouble investigation and management, and spare no effort to ensure the smooth transmission of natural gas.

In order to promote natural gas production at the peak of winter gas consumption, the oilfield adheres to the concept of "program optimization is the greatest benefit", deepening the preliminary evaluation of natural gas development and the integrated deployment of construction and production, coordinating the optimization of new and old areas, as well as oil and gas, highlighting the implementation process control and effect tracking analysis, optimizing natural gas measures by classification, classifying and regulating different types of gas reservoirs such as dissolved gas reservoirs and condensate gas reservoirs.
