On March 8, the reporter learned that Jilin Oilfield used 2 years to test 12 Wells with depressurized and increased injection technology in Hei 70 and Hei 46 blocks, and the efficiency reached 83%, with an average daily increase of 295 cubic meters of water injection, a cumulative increase of 74,000 cubic meters, and the recovery rate of effective well water injection reached 100%.


In view of the problems such as the large number of under-injection Wells and the short effective time of pressure reduction and injection increase measures in Daqiuzi area, the stable production technology team of the old oilfield of Jilin Oil and Gas Technology Research Institute has dug deeply into the reasons, focusing on the analysis of underinjection mechanism, clear blockage causes, form technical ideas, and determine the opportunity of injection increase, so as to clarify the reasons, determine the direction, and formulate the route. The technical means of reducing pressure and increasing injection have been formed.


Combined with the effect of measures over the years in Daqing area, researchers collected the existing static and dynamic data, demonstrated and analyzed the underinjection mechanism from multiple angles, and recognized that on the micro level, solid particles of different sizes pass through the bridge plugging in the reservoir, and on the macro level, it is affected by water quality and blockage at different locations, and the main plugging components are mainly machine impurities and iron corrosion scale. By gradually defining the type of underinjection well and combining with the corresponding treatment technology, the increased injection treatment technology based on the self-developed slow acid series liquid agent is formed.


In the next step, Jilin Oilfield will continue to deepen the research, effectively start from the reservoir demand to carry out the cause of underinjection analysis, continue to optimize the process parameters, further improve the injection well treatment system, and achieve stable production and efficiency of the reservoir with high quality.
