As of April 28, the oil and water well measure process optimization and evaluation platform independently developed by Daqing Grape Flower Oilfield has completed 206 potential measure well screening and 125 scheme preparation, and the compliance rate of measure scheme preparation has reached 95%, which is 3.5 times higher than that of manual method.


Increasing production and injection is one of the important measures to maintain long-term stable oil production. For a long time, the operation process of various technical measures for increasing production and injection is complicated and involves massive data, resulting in long operation cycle and low efficiency, which restricts the effective play of the measures.


To this end, after three years of research, researchers successfully independently developed a process optimization and evaluation platform for oil and water well measures, which fundamentally solved the problem. The platform uses big data technology to integrate geological data information such as the remaining oil distribution model in each block of the entire oilfield, establish a potential well database, and improve the processing speed of massive data through analysis, calculation, fitting and modeling, and complete a round of potential well data collection and sorting in just 40 minutes. The artificial intelligence neural network technology used in the platform can simulate the manual well selection and program preparation, and has the learning ability, and can independently improve the quality of well selection and program preparation. Since the application of the platform, the average planning cycle of a single well has been shortened from 4 days to 1.5 days. Through the manual review and effect tracking of the 48 well measures independently prepared and implemented by the platform, the compliance rate of the program preparation has reached 95.8%, which has reached the level of manual well selection and preparation.
