The First Market-Oriented Grid-Connected Power Generation Project in Tarim Oilfield Was Started
On April 30, the groundbreaking ceremony of the first supporting energy storage photovoltaic power generation project implemented by CNPC —— 1.1 million kw photovoltaic power generation project in Kashgar region was held at the site of Yecheng photovoltaic project in Kashgar, Xinjiang.
The project is composed of 600000 kw photovoltaic project in Jiashi County and 500000 kw photovoltaic project in Yecheng County, which is the first market-oriented grid-connected power generation project in Tarim Oilfield. After completion of the project, it is expected to generate 1.95 billion KWH of electricity annually, which can replace 578,200 tons of standard coal and reduce 1.28 million tons of carbon dioxide annually.
The 1.1 million kw photovoltaic power generation project in Kashgar region covers a total area of 32,92 million mu. After the project is completed and connected to the grid on schedule, it will inject new vitality into the construction of a Chinese-style modern world-class oil and gas field in Tarim Oilfield, and contribute to ensuring the stable power supply in southern Xinjiang, building a new power system and promoting the green, low-carbon and high-quality economic development in Kashgar.
As deep oil and gas exploration and development in China, tarim oilfield make full use of southern Xinjiang region in the solar radiation, second area of natural conditions, in the process of accelerating clean convenient gas energy development, focusing on the "double carbon" target, grasping the green low carbon transformation, grasping "ShaGe shortage" new energy base construction, to build double, can complement each other, clean low carbon energy supply security system. At present, Tarim Oilfield has built the first 86 well photovoltaic power stations in China, 100,000 kw in Weili County and 100,000 kW photovoltaic power generation projects in Weili County, Qiemo County, and distributed photovoltaic power generation projects of 196 well stations in the oil area are accelerating construction, so that the "scenery" of the Gobi Desert to achieve the goal of "double carbon" power.
This year, Tarim Oilfield combined with the "14th Five-year" power grid and external transmission channel development plan, according to the path of new load consumption, supporting energy storage promotion, coal power potential transformation, planned to reserve 12 photovoltaic power generation projects, and strive for 2 million kilowatts of green power grid index. At the same time, the preliminary work, construction, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic projects should be well organized to ensure the production and efficiency of the built projects.
