The "New Ground Mode" Of Dagang Oilfield Improves Efficiency and Reduces Carbon
As of May 22, the first intelligent heating gathering and transportation pipeline in Dagang Oilfield has been reduced in production energy consumption and operation cost by more than 10% in two months. The application of this new technology has added new impetus to the "new ground mode" of Dagang oilfield.
In recent years, as the domestic first complete ground system optimization work simplify the oilfield, dagang oilfield in the ground construction depth tapping, continue to speed up the energy conservation and emissions reduction, intellectualization upgrading of exploration and practice, vigorously promote the oil and gas gathering and transportation system depth optimization, realize "gathering and transport process optimization, medium-sized station shutdown, large station integration" goal. On this basis, Dagang Oilfield has determined the development path of "new ground mode", making the oil and gas production construction present a new look of "intensive layout, clean production, automatic control, intelligent decision-making and simplified labor".
For the optimization of oil and gas gathering and transportation process, the technical team of Dagang oilfield takes low production, low temperature and high condensate Wells as the main target. This kind of oil well is traditionally produced by double pipe mixed with hot water or single well oil pulling process, which has problems such as high energy consumption, volatilization of oil well associated with gas, low production time rate and difficult management. After extensive investigation and adaptability demonstration, the oilfield selected intelligent heating gathering pipeline technology to carry out experimental application.
Based on the energy-saving and low-carbon demonstration project in Xiaoji area, Dagang Oilfield selects the intelligent heating gathering pipeline technology in the small 14-25-1 well. The technology takes non-metallic material as the main pipe, embedded heating wire, signal wire and optical fiber, monitoring the fluid delivery state in real time with sensors, to realize the real-time monitoring and accurate control of pipe temperature and pressure.
After the pipeline was put into operation, the oil pulling plant in the well site was "laid off". The oil production collection input network ended the 13 years of the well, and the production energy consumption and operation cost were both reduced, and good economic benefits and energy saving effect were achieved. At the same time, eliminate the associated gas volatilization, tank car transport accidents and other safety and environmental protection risks, improve the safety.
The successful application of intelligent heating gathering and transportation pipeline technology provides new process ideas and technical options for the deep optimization of oil and gas gathering and transportation system in Dagang oilfield. Combined with the actual production, this technology will expand the application scope, and provide technical support for the efficiency improvement and carbon reduction of oil and gas field surface engineering in the projects of oil pulling point control, pipeline hidden danger management and optimization of high condensed oil gathering and transportation process.
