On June 26, Daqing Oilfield Oil Production Engineering Research Institute successfully opened the transmission channel of the integrated automatic injection digestion " (drug injection, deffoam, plugging) of the first 1-oblique 202 test well through the VPDN special platform, and realized the digital intelligent remote measurement and control of the gas well in Daqing oilfield for the first time.
The realization of intelligent remote measurement and control of Xushen 1-inclined 202 can reduce the manual workload by 50%, and provides technical support and practical experience for the efficient management of low production and low efficiency Wells in Xushen gas field in Daqing. It is understood that as the gas Wells enter the middle and late stage of development, the workload of gas Wells in Daqing Xushen gas Field has increased sharply, and the problem of insufficient personnel needs to be solved urgently.
Since last June, Daqing oil production engineering research institute gas production process research project team and information center technology backbone for 1 year, through efficient integration of gas field open static data resources, successful build several intellectualization gas well decision platform, realize the three-dimensional reservoir-shaft-ground condition, comprehensive timely perception gas well production dynamic, variable artificial analysis for intelligent early warning. Through the establishment of intelligent parameter adjustment algorithm model and the use of remote measurement and control technology, the state monitoring of the automatic agent injection device can be completed, and the traditional dosing can be changed into intelligent bubble discharge.
