On August 11, the daily oil level of fengcheng oilfield operation area of Xinjiang Oilfield Company reached 7543 tons, a net increase of 473 tons compared with before the summer labor competition, marking a new level of daily crude oil output in the operation area.

At present, the operation area carries out in-depth theme education. According to the work rhythm of "stable winter, spring, summer and autumn super", the summer labor competition strengthens the foundation management, accelerating the implementation of measures, optimizing the injection and production management, and improving the efficiency of workover.

Consolidate the foundation management. The dilute oil block closely follows the production progress of new and new year Wells. At present, 19 new and 17 new Wells have been put into production, with a daily oil level of 115 tons. Since May, a total of 55 lying Wells have been straightened and 33 shutdown Wells have been reopened, with a daily oil increase of 42 tons. The heavy oil conventional area vigorously promotes the work of "single well". The block management personnel sorted the oil well according to the oil potential, formulated the production countermeasures of 3000 Wells, and constantly consolidated the foundation of stable production in the old area. Heavy oil SAGD Development Zone carried out the dynamic production analysis of the well group in the whole region, sorted out the optimal historical indicators, formulated adjustment measures for one well and one policy, and carefully regulated 200 Wells. Finally, the number of Wells opened from 3767 to 4341, and the daily oil level was steadily improved.

Accelerate the implementation of the measures. In the dilute oil block, with "improving the injection and production relationship and reconstructing the complex seam network" as the core, the production increase measures such as supplementary return layer and temporary plugging were implemented for 73 times, and the daily oil increase exceeded 100 tons. In the heavy oil conventional area, 294 Wells, such as straight well hole filling, layer selection and steam injection, and multi-medium auxiliary measures, increased oil by 67,000 tons in the stage. Heavy oil SAGD Development Zone overcame the adverse factors such as low temperature in winter, and the throughput and cavity expansion measures entered the site one month ahead of last year. The daily oil increase was 300 tons, and the stage oil-vapor ratio increased by more than 0.13.

Optimize the injection and mining management. The dilute oil block strengthened the management of old horizontal Wells, implemented the dynamic adjustment of 52 Wells of old Wells and pumped 13 low-pressure horizontal Wells, effectively controlling the decline of the old area. At the same time, special water injection treatment work has been carried out, such as pipe network transformation and pressurization of the water injection area and upgrading the injection process. 215 Wells of pipe inspection, testing, and well washing have been completed, and 22.55 kilometers of pipeline cleaning has been completed, constantly improving the fine water injection level. In the heavy oil conventional area, the three key work of regional plane steam transfer, group steam injection and efficient area strengthening steam injection were continuously promoted, with 1800 Wells implemented in total, and the regional oil-steam ratio increased by more than 0.05. Heavy oil SAGD development Zone conducts the study of steam cavity expansion law, carries out operating pressure optimization, interval injection and steam injection, etc., to further improve the development effect and promote the development benefit of heavy oil.

Improve the workover efficiency. The oilfield Technology Research Institute, oilfield Geology Research Institute and the oil production station in the operation area jointly, through the geological push potential well number, engineering organization and supervision process reservation, the well workover efficiency was significantly improved, and the daily completion rate increased by 50%, achieving the purpose of efficient well workover.
