Up to now, Zhejiang Oilfield has promoted the application of intelligent control valves in 14 Wells of platforms such as Yang 102H1 and YS108H24, realizing fine management of shale gas Wells and reducing investment costs.
As the number of gas Wells in Jinba, Zijinba and Yunshanba operating areas increases year by year, the daily switching well operation volume of gas Wells increases year by year. Using the traditional manual operation to adjust the needle valve to switch the well on and off, not only consumes manpower and material resources, but also consumes time.
In order to solve practical problems, technicians through multiple investigations, respectively from the safe operation, scheduling adjustment, system module, network security and other aspects of unified planning and design, designed an energy saving, environmental protection, precision control advantages, can realize the remote switch well intelligent control valve. The equipment can adjust the switching accuracy of 1%, with the adjustment of production system, measurement and other functions, more fast, accurate and efficient. Through simulation test, test bench test and actual working condition test, the technical personnel have achieved good performance indicators and realized fine monitoring and management of platform Wells. The whole test process is fully automated, reducing manual consumption, fast adjustment speed and high precision.
