The third oil production plant gives full play to the economic advantages of water injection development, and promotes the transformation of water injection from comprehensive water injection to optimized site water injection, from multi-layer water injection to effective zone water injection, from single medium water injection to combined medium water injection, from vertical well injection and production to straight and flat combination, from synchronous injection and production to asynchronous injection and production. At the same time, the third oil production plant divided the water injection development blocks into complex fault blocks, low mobility and special heavy oil, and established three levels of water injection management models, including joint stock company, oilfield company and oil production plant, and cultivated 15 typical water injection blocks.
The third oil production plant relies on the upstream water injection information system of oil and water Wells to establish an intelligent early warning and analysis information system according to water drive curves, water cut and recovery degree curves of different reservoirs, so as to achieve regularity, operability and foresight of block production control. At the same time, innovative technologies such as asynchronous injection and production, coupled water injection, rotation control in different directions, and correlation and interactive deployment have been developed to achieve oil stability and water control in ultra-high water cut reservoirs such as Guan 3 and Guan 80 and reduce the natural decline rate.
