Entering December, Changqing Oilfield continued to make efforts to strengthen the main business, scientifically coordinated the work of resource exploration, oil and gas development, new energy development, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of crude oil production, the adequate supply of natural gas in winter, the smooth completion of production capacity construction, and the orderly promotion of preparations for the start of production in 2024, fighting for the fourth quarter with a high attitude and winning the whole year.

Changqing Oilfield continues to fight the offensive battle of efficient exploration, focusing on the exploration of new areas and new types in the periphery of the basin and the new area, the large-scale concentrated exploration of tight oil and gas in the main part of the basin, and the "two 1" benefit exploration of shallow and efficient reserves to ensure the growth of economic recoverable reserves.

Changqing Oilfield pays close attention to the stable production "ballast stone" project of old oil fields, pays close attention to the four stable production projects of "key reservoir management, the construction of stable production demonstration area in northern Shaanxi, reservoir exploitation and capacity recovery, and oil well measures" and the production pace of shale oil storage increase, consolidating the stable production foundation of oil fields, and the current daily crude oil output remains above 69,000 tons.

As the hub of China's onshore natural gas pipeline network and the largest domestic gas source, Changqing Oilfield anchors to complete the two major goals of annual production and winter supply, optimize the natural gas production organization, and make every effort to increase production. Changqing Oilfield pays close attention to the stable production of old Wells, strengthens the production of production Wells, the exploitation of low efficiency Wells, and the production of high production Wells to ensure that the daily production capacity of old Wells reaches more than 120 million cubic meters; Speed up the production of new Wells, adhere to the "rain and snow do not stop, equipment continuous rotation, personnel three shifts", as of the end of November, a total of more than 1,900 new Wells to join the winter supply queue, more than 20,000 gas Wells "gas" fully open to ensure production. At the same time, we will speed up the operation of key projects such as Qingyang and Qingshimao export pipelines to effectively release production capacity. Strengthen the construction of gas storage, do a good job in the injection and production conversion of Shaanxi 224 and eastern Jiangsu 39-61 gas storage, and give full play to the role of emergency peak regulation.

Changqing Oilfield vigorously promoted the landing of key new energy projects, Sulige "scenic gas hydrogen storage integration" demonstration project and Qingyang Revolutionary Old area scenic integration base project were included in the national project list, and has signed 20 million square meters of geothermal energy agreements with Lanzhou and Yangling demonstration zones. As of the end of November, Changqing Oilfield has obtained clean power indicators of 3.76 million kilowatts this year, and the geothermal heating market has opened up 2.49 million square meters, completing the annual task ahead of schedule; We accelerated the implementation of energy conservation and carbon reduction, generated more than 160 million KWH of electricity annually, injected more than 160,000 tons of carbon dioxide, and comprehensively accelerated the new energy business.
