As of January 14, Daqing Fuhua Oilfield has applied the new nano solid wax preventer for more than 1 year, and has treated 19 wax-forming Wells, the average wax removal cycle of a single well has been extended from 83 days to 292 days, and the average annual hot washing has been reduced by 64 Wells, saving 254,000 yuan.
The nano-solid paraffin inhibitor is a new long-term paraffin inhibitor, which consists of an inner layer of nano-solid paraffin inhibitor and an outer layer of slow-release permeable membrane. It is installed at the lower end of the oil well pump. When oil flow passes through the paraffin preventer during oil well production, the nano-solid paraffin preventer will slowly dissolve and release the effective components under the control of the oil flow erosion and the slow-release permeating membrane. The main component of the nano-solid anti-wax agent is organic modified nano-montmorillonite, which is a special nanomaterial. It can inhibit the growth and aggregation of wax crystals at the nano level, reduce the wax evolution point of crude oil, improve the low temperature flow of crude oil, and realize the wax prevention and wax removal. Under laboratory conditions, the nano solid anti-wax agent can reduce the freezing point of crude oil by 5 degrees Celsius to 15 degrees Celsius, and is valid for up to 540 days.
Well 7N250-308 is one of the earliest wax-forming Wells to be treated with nano-solid wax preventer. Before application, the average paraffin removal cycle of this well was only 90 days. The well has been running smoothly for more than 300 days since its application, and the nano-solid wax prevention device is still effective. Thanks to the improved flow of the treated oil, the well's production potential has also been unlocked, increasing from 0.8 tonnes per day before the application to 2 tonnes today.
Nano solid wax preventer not only has a good effect on the treatment of wax-forming Wells, but also can be used in the treatment of oil Wells blocked by high content of gum and asphaltene by adjusting the formulation of the wax preventer, and has a broad application prospect.
