Jidong Jia County Natural Gas Processing Plant Daily Gas Processing Exceeded 7 Million Cubic Meters

On March 18, the production daily of the western exploration and development project Department of Jidong Oilfield showed that the total daily gas intake of the gas collection stations under the jurisdiction of the Jia County natural gas Treatment plant reached 1.615 million cubic meters, and the daily gas intake of the second gas production plant of Changqing oilfield reached 5.601 million cubic meters, a total of 7.216 million cubic meters.

On the morning of March 14, the gas source of Shenmu gas field in the second gas production plant of Changqing Oilfield was officially introduced into the process unit of Jia County Natural Gas Treatment Plant of the West project Department of Jidong Oilfield. At this point, the daily gas processing capacity of Jia County natural gas treatment plant has increased significantly, exceeding 7 million cubic meters, and the annual gas transmission has reached 2.43 billion cubic meters, injecting new kinetic energy into the construction of a new clean energy company in Jidong Oilfield.

In order to ensure the smooth introduction of gas source, Jidong Oilfield and Changqing Oilfield and other units work out detailed production plans. The management and technical experts of the relevant units formed a production team, sorted out the feasibility plan for the introduction of air source unit by unit and equipment by equipment, strengthened the communication and contact with upstream and downstream units, scientifically organized the operation power, and strictly implemented the design plan.

After the gas source was introduced into Shenmu Gas field of the second gas production Plant of Changqing Oilfield, the staff of Jiaxian Natural Gas Treatment Plant of the West Project Department of Jidong Oilfield conducted real-time monitoring of ethane recovery unit, raw gas compressor, external gas transmission compressor, centrifugal propane compressor and other important units and equipment in accordance with the established parameter adjustment plan, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the process equipment.
