For a long time, the energy consumption cost in the production and operation process of Jilin oilfield accounts for about 30% of the total oil field cost. Whether the cost can be reduced effectively has become one of the key factors to realize the essential goal of the oil field. Since the beginning of this year, Jilin Oilfield, on the basis of summarizing years of experience and lessons, has dug deep potential, refined management, overall coordination, specialized class promotion, and made every effort to create a "value-added version" of improving quality and efficiency.
Top design, compaction responsibility. Jilin Oilfield, in accordance with the overall deployment of "a game in three years", adheres to the concept of "all costs can be reduced", lean the development of company-level, factory-level and station level production control and control plans, reverse the production and operation nodes, clarify the objectives and tasks, clarify the division of responsibilities, and promote the implementation. In the specific operation process, the production and operation department takes the lead and pays close attention to key work such as management improvement, measures tapping potential, full participation, rewards and punishments. All departments are responsible for division of labor and joint management; Implement the three-level management mode of the company, the department, and the second-level unit, and consolidate the responsibility layer by layer and implement it step by step.
Grasp the rhythm, optimize the operation. Jilin Oilfield and Daqing Drilling Company and other external units to establish a linkage mechanism, timely docking, in advance of the plan, environmental assessment, land acquisition and other preparations, open up the green channel of production. In the first quarter, while the land acquisition cost decreased year-on-year, 109 oil Wells were completed 60 days ahead of schedule, and the productivity contribution rate increased by 12%. All units and departments work together to speed up the rhythm of production in "low-lying areas", and the efficiency of production and operation has been greatly improved. As of the end of March, the drilling workload of "low-lying areas" exceeded the plan of 46 Wells, and the fracturing of old Wells exceeded the plan of 107 Wells. At the same time, the oil production rate of abnormal Wells in Honggang, Xinli and other units is controlled below 0.8%, which is the best level in recent years.
Grasp the process, lean management. Jilin Oilfield combined with the actual operation of each system, one plant and one policy, pay close attention to the production process control, and reduce the cost to the greatest extent. In terms of power saving, mainly based on intermittent pumping and adjustment balance, continued to promote the peak power reduction project, and saved 24 million KWH of electricity in the first quarter, and all production units achieved negative growth; In terms of solar terms, the management of solar terms and technical solar terms were parallel, a total of 32 self-use pressure drop measures were taken, and cold transport and blending cooling efforts were increased to challenge the limit temperature, and self-use gas was saved 8.5 million cubic meters in the first quarter. At the same time, through the weekly notification, monthly analysis, dynamic assessment and other methods to ensure that freight and other hard decline. In the first quarter, Jilin oilfield outsourcing freight decreased by 6.25 million yuan year-on-year.
