Aging cell is a specially designed pressure vessel used for high temperature roller oven or portable roller oven below 200℃.
Aging cells are mainly constructed of stainless steel and are comprised of vessel, vessel cover, seal cover, lining, vent valve, etc.
The vessel could be used for static temperature exposure or in a dynamic mode in a roller oven. It enables samples to be subjected to temperatures higher than the boiling point of water and still be maintained in a liquid state.
Applications:
1. Study the cation exchange reaction in the drilling fluid using the re-prepared drilling fluid.
2. Determine the stability of drilling fluid additives.
3. Evenly mix liquid or solid matters.
4. Degas fluid.
