The integrated box type electric furnace is an upgraded product of the original ordinary box type electric furnace, which does not require installation and can be used after opening the box, eliminating the tedious configuration process before using the ordinary electric furnace.

• This series of resistance furnaces is equipped with a KSW temperature controller and a nickel chromium nickel silicon thermocouple to control the furnace temperature;
• The furnace shell is made of thin steel plate, and the inner furnace lining is made of silicon refractory material;

• A spiral heating element made of iron chromium aluminum alloy;
• The door bricks of the electric furnace are made of lightweight refractory materials;
• The insulation layer between the inner furnace lining and the furnace shell is made of refractory fibers and expanded pearl products.
