When drilling fluid is used in deep well testing, the pressure resistance requirement is very high, and normal instruments are difficult to meet the this requirements. Our the high-pressure visual plugging tester can reach pressure to 3Mpa, which provides a reliable basis for studying the permeability of drilling fluid.
II. Product introduction
The high-pressure visual plugging tester is used to observe the permeability of drilling fluid under high pressure through the visual window in the high-pressure visible cylinder. The instrument is mainly composed of base, bracket, visible bucket, material barrel and control cabinet.
This instrument choose transparent barrel as the drilling fluid cup, has high strength, pressure resistance up to 3Mpa, and the length of the drilling fluid cup is 1 m; add the pumping device; the diameter of the lower drain valve channel is enlarged, which completely solves the problem of low pressure resistance of the visual instrument in the past.
