High temperature roller oven is mainly used for drilling fluid aging tests. As a heating and aging device, it adopts the up-to-date PID intelligent control system and can be set and read directly. It consists of a box, a door, an electrical box, roller, heating rod and is equipped with heating system, power system and electric control system.
It is characterized by smooth running, low noise, high accuracy, wide working range and high level of automation. Besides, it is durable and easy to operate and maintain.
High temperature roller oven is designed in accordance with requirements described by the American Petroleum Institute (API). It adopts imported variable frequency motor as the power and is equipped with imported fine frequency controller.
