Haitongda High-Pressure, High-Temperature Filter Press is used to evaluate the filtration properties of drilling fluids, cement slurries, and fracturing fluids. Filtration behavior is affected by the quantity, type, and particle sizes, as well as temperature and pressure. Measuring filtration properties and observing filtrate and filter cake characteristics is fundamental to treatment and control.
This filter press simulates filtration against a permeable formation at high temperatures and pressures. At the desired temperature, the sample is filtered across the filter media while pressure is applied to the top of the cell. Pressurization sources include carbon dioxide cartridges, bottled nitrogen. The top pressure and back pressure are pressed by an independent pressure chamber, which eliminates manifold and makes operation easier.
HPHT filter presses is available in one arrangement. The size is available - 175 ml. The 175 ml cell units can be operated up to 302°F (150°C). The maximum working pressure is 4.2MPa.
