Product Introduction

The mud cake performance tester for drilling fluid uses the transmission system to drive the measuring disk to apply pressure to the mud cake at a constant speed. The acquisition system carries out data detection and data collection on the pressure provided by the transmission system, and obtains the measurement results after calculation and processing by the control system. Finally, the data is indicated by color LCD, analysis and archived by computer, then obtain the comprehensive parameters of mud cake performance: mud cake weight, total thickness, actual thickness, virtual thickness, mud cake hardness and toughness.

The instrument is mainly composed of four parts: frame body, transmission system, acquisition system and control system.

The main features are as follows:

1) The actual measuring range is 0-10mm;

2) The resolution is 0.001mm;

3) Measurement accuracy 0.05mm;

4) Repeatability accuracy 0.05mm;

5) It can measure the comprehensive performances of mud cake such as weight, thickness, real thickness, virtual thickness, hardness and toughness;

6)LCD color liquid crystal display, drawing real-time pressure and compression curve;

7) Connect the upper computer, record and print the experimental data through special software;

8) Through the upper computer, the pressure values of final pressure and virtual thick pressure can be set, which improves the flexibility of the instrument.



Working principle

The main detection components of the mud cake performance tester for drilling fluid are the measuring plate moving down at constant speed and the weighing sensor for placing mud cake. 64 subdivision stepping motor drives a high-precision lead screw to move up and down, and the measuring disc is fixed with the lead screw, which is positioned by a precise linear guide rail, thus effectively controlling the up and down movement of the probe rod. During the experiment, the number of steps of the stepping motor is converted into the deformation of the mud cake. Acquisition system detected the pressure exerted by the probe on the mud cake, and then converted into analog electrical signals for output, and the analog signals are converted into digital signals by the precision AD converter. These digital signals are operated, processed and driven by the single chip microcomputer control system. Finally, the detection results are displayed on the LCD, or the upper computer software transmitted the data to the computer, and automatically exported the detection results for archiving.
