Product Introduction

High temperature dynamic swell meter is a precision measuring instrument that is used to test the swelling changes of shale core or bentonite under high temperature and atmospheric conditions, thereby assessing the inhibition characteristics of different reagents to clay shale.

It consists of a support, test cup, dial gage and magnetic stirring heater.

As an instrument that can perform parallel tests simultaneously with multiple samples or same samples, it acquires multiple data in one test and has greatly improved the working efficiency. Its precision machinery pointer gage can display accurate and direct readings and is easy to operate.


Working principle

Put the compacted pulverized clay shale cake in a cylindrical mold, place the sensor bar on the mud cake and then put it on the base of the test cup. The reagents are injected into the test cup. When the mud cake swells, the pressure will push the sensor bar and the dial gage. Read the swell increment directly from the dial gage.
