Oil & Water Retort is an instrument for separating and measuring the volume of water, oil and solid in water-based drilling fluid samples by distiller.

The instrument is mainly composed of box body, distiller, measuring cylinder, scraper, power cord, tube brush, cup holder, etc.

This instrument adopts stainless steel shell, temperature control meter and external heating distillation, which makes the recovery of liquid more accurate and reliable, the residue is not easy to burn and agglomerate, and the operation is more convenient and quick. It is an ideal special instrument for laboratory and field.

This instrument is used to separate water, oil and solid components in drilling fluid samples, and determine their volume percentage of the drilling fluid. It heat a known volume of drilling fluid sample in the sample cup, evaporating the liquid components in a distiller, condenser to cool it, collecting in a graduated measuring cylinder, then obtain the contents of water, oil and solid components in the drilling fluid sample.
