Oil & Water Retort model ZNG-2 is an instrument for separating and measuring the volume of water, oil and solid in water-based drilling fluid samples by distiller.

The instrument is mainly composed of box body, distiller, measuring cylinder, scraper, power cord, tube brush, cup holder, etc.

This instrument adopts electronic device current control, heating temperature can be adjusted. It has characterize of high measurement precision, small repetition error, simple structure, convenient operation and carrying, large capacity distillation body and stainless steel shell, with good condensation effect and high liquid recovery rate.

This instrument is used to separate water, oil and solid components in drilling fluid samples, and determine their volume percentage of the drilling fluid. It heat a known volume of drilling fluid sample in the sample cup, evaporating the liquid components in a distiller, condenser to cool it, collecting in a graduated measuring cylinder, then obtain the contents of water, oil and solid components in the drilling fluid sample.
