Oil & Water Retort model in ZNG-A is an instrument for separating and measuring the volume of water, oil and solid in water-based drilling fluid samples by distiller.

The instrument is mainly composed of box body, distiller, measuring cylinder, scraper, power cord, tube brush, cup holder, etc.

The instrument adopts stainless steel shell and high-precision distillation body, which is suitable for the determination of solid content of general water-based drilling fluid. It has the characteristic of simple structure and convenient operation, and is an ideal special instrument for laboratory and field application.

This instrument is used to separate water, oil and solid components in drilling fluid samples, and determine their volume percentage of the drilling fluid. It heat a known volume of drilling fluid sample in the sample cup, evaporating the liquid components in a distiller, condenser to cool it, collecting in a graduated measuring cylinder, then obtain the contents of water, oil and solid components in the drilling fluid sample.
