I. Research background
In order to assess the performance of drilling fluid at high temperature in aging test, the ultra-temperature pressure vessel developed by our company could bear a temperature of 600℉ (316℃. It should be used with a 316℃ ultra-temperature roller oven to finish the experiment.
II. Overview
Ultra-temperature roller oven is mainly used for drilling fluid aging tests. It adopts the up-to-date PID intelligent control system and can be set and read directly. It consists of a box, a door and an electrical box and is equipped with heating system, power system and electric control system.
Ultra-temperature roller oven adopts intelligent control system. The enhanced insulation construction could well preserve heat. The thermal field control system could accurately control the temperature. The latest continuous current dynamo brings down the noise. The improved framework makes it easy to maintain and repair. The maximum temperature 316℃ could provide more accurate testing results for aging test at high temperature.
It is characterized by smooth running, low noise, high accuracy, wide working range and high level of automation. Besides, it is durable and easy to operate and maintain.
