Product Introduction

Ultrasonic Cement Analyzer is used to test the development of compressive strength of cement samples cured under bottom hole temperature and pressure in a laboratory environment. It determines the compressive strength of cement by measuring changes in velocity of ultrasonic signals that pass through the cement sample when the sample hardens. The instrument can acquire continuous curve of compressive strength over time in one experiment. The double-cylinder design brings down the cost.to use. The whole ultrasonic system consists of pressure vessel and central processing unit. The computer is installed with 5270 special application software that can test the ultrasonic wave. HTD4262 lays a scientific basis for construction safety of well drilling and is an ideal instrument for scientific research and field review.

     Automatic temperature controller based on microprocessor;

Pressure control is maintained by relief valve and booster pump;

It can determine the relative compressive strength without causing damage;

It can acquire continuous curve of compressive strength over time in one experiment;

Maximum curing temperature 204℃;

Maximum curing pressure 35 MPa;

Digital temperature display.
