Ultrasonic cement compressive strength analyzer (HTD4262) is an instrument to arrange high temperature and high pressure testing for cement samples to calculate the compressive strength of solidified cement. It is used to detect the change of compressive strength of cement samples cured under the well bottom temperature and pressure. The compressive strength of cement can be determined by testing the change of ultrasonic signal speed passing through the cement sample when it solidify.
This instrument can be taken to construction scene to detect the change of compressive strength of cement samples, which provides scientific basis for safe construction and is an ideal instrument for scientific research and on-site review.
This instrument is mainly composed of pressure chambers, a central processing board and a date acquisition system, equipped with ultrasonic cement compressive strength analyzer host and a 5270 computer data acquisition system.
